Do I need a business license to place an order ?
We need a valid sales tax id on file for you.

Do you require a minimum order ?
We require a minimum order of $ 200.00.

Do you offer any additional discounts ?
We already offer some of our lowest prices on our items.However,we do offer additional discounts on orders above $ 10,000.00 .This bulk discount is not valid with any special offers or promotions.

What form of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, Certified Cheque, Company Cheque.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped ?
Orders are shipped the same day if received before 12 noon.Otherwise it is shipped next business day.

What is the return policy ?
We will accept returns if there is a manufacturer's defect. Please call within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and ask for a return authorisation number. Items must be returned in the same conditions with original packing.

What shipping methods you use ?
We ship by UPS & Fed Ex. Bulkier shipments can also be shipped by UCL.
